I have worked with Mr. Youmans with my company for many years now.  I began running my business as a small shop on a Facebook Group page and manually sent invoices to people through PayPal.  I saw a lot of success due to my designs and turnaround time, but I was getting bogged down in the manual invoicing.   Also, I wanted to start selling clothing styles made from scratch, and I couldn't keep up.

Jeremy met with me on my goals and visions for the company, and then reached out to my regular customers to better understand from their angle what they liked and didn't like.  I can tell he was through because he gave me a report and suggested I move my business online with a complete website.   He proposed several options, and I chose to go with Shopify.  He also informed me that I need to rebrand to a new name and logo.

I love my site, and the mobile setup is perfect since almost all my sales come from mobile.  I have been using Jeremy ever since.  He continues to reach out to my customers regularly to collect data and make adjustments as we grow.  There are many reasons I have been a success, but I couldn't have achieved my goals without his knowledge, skills, honesty, and efficiency.  I continue to use Jeremy for Product Creation, SEO Optimization, and my Ordering System setup.

Jeremy Youmans is an outstanding employee and business person.  I served as his supervisor from 2016 until my recent retirement in June of this year (2022).   When he began employment, he was faced with an unorganized financial system that was difficult to maneuver and understand.  Mr. Youmans was steadfast in working through the quagmire and creating an organized, efficient system.  Management would be immensely easier if every Director had his skills and drive.  Not only does he possess superior organization skills, but he also finds ways to accomplish what needs to be done regardless of budget constraints. 

Mr. Youmans will be a tremendous asset to any business endeavor he chooses.  He is respectful and supportive of others, and it is a pleasure to work with him.   In addition, he takes initiative and is forward-thinking.  He makes things happen! I have shared an office suite with Jeremy Youmans since 2016. In that time, I have seen his dedication to every person who walks through his door. Jeremy is innovative and goal-focused, and he dedicates himself to any project he undertakes. Jeremy is always ready to bring his skills and knowledge to collaborate on designing more efficient processes and programs. He goes the distance to ensure he is up to date on the latest technologies and trainings. Jeremy is in tune with things that are taking place and how those things might affect other people. I know I can go to Jeremy with questions, and he will be able to answer them, or he will research until he can find the answer. I have worked with many people over the years, and I can honestly say Jeremy is one of the most genuine, dedicated, and hardworking people I know. If I were able to select the people I had to work with or for daily, Jeremy Youmans would be at the top of my list.  I have had the opportunity to observe his professional skills as well as his interpersonal style.  He is always willing to help collaborate on creative solutions.  I know I could call him at any time, and he would gladly lend a helping hand.
