Understanding the needs of my co-workers is just as important as understanding our users. Any disconnect in company relations is felt by future consumers. Always build bridges as often as you can. You never know when you might need to cross them.

Setting an agenda, adhering to the schedule, and keeping this transparent allows my co-workers and I to understand how projects are coming and how early deadlines can be beaten.

Keeping all company intel available on the cloud in a clean and organized fashion allows all of us to work seamlessly and quickly on projects. Avoiding lost items or confusion helps all of us meet the deadlines and goals set forth throughout the week/month/year/career.

Crafting great user-driven product/UX/UI designs requires deliberate, purposeful, and actionable items on a weekly and daily basis in order to meet the needs of the company and create something that is not only useful, usable, and equitable for consumers but also changes how they live their lives for the better.
